The mission of ITTC CompLearn Ltd. is to implement high-quality standards in IT training programmes, combining high level of academic education with a specialized and practical dimension of industrial trainings.
ITTC CompLearn Ltd. holds accreditation and certification license (EITCI-LID-UK-06110001) of the European Information Technologies Certification Institute EITCI in Brussels, enabling a commercial offering of international IT certification standards of both EITC (European Information Technologies Certification) and EITCA (European Information Technologies Certification Academy) programmes. The full scope of ITTC CompLearn services is subject of certified accordance with ISO 9001:2008, accredited by The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). ITTC Complearn also holds a number of international accreditations for IT consultancy and training services.

Customers of e-learning training and certification services offered by ITTC CompLearn within the EITCI accredited programmes receive the EITCA and EITC IT certificates issued by the EITCI Institute in Brussels.

Apart from commercial IT training services, ITTC CompLearn currently implements a number of non-commercial IT training projects subsidized by the European Social Fund under the Human Capital Operational Programme, including eGovernment (specialized information technology training for governmental institutions within the EITCA/EG eGovernment standard), eSkills Manager (an innovative Internet cloud tool for the management of enterprise employees IT competencies through AI-supported identification and elimination competence gap), Academic Enterpreneurship Internet Center (AEIC) programme (certified training courses for the academia, namely academic researchers and university graduates, in the scope of academic eneterpreneurship and comercialization of research results), euroWoman programme (support for the equity of women on jobs market through education in the field of ICT), European School of Information Technologies (supplementary certified IT training courses for schools and their students and teachers on different levels of education).

Altogether, ITTC CompLearn has provided educational services for several tens of thousands of customers and hundreds of institutions - over 2 million completed participant-hours.

European Information Technologies Certification Institute EITCI is an international, non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Brussels (Belgium), gathering academic and IT industry representatives from the European Union, aimed at development of information technologies certification standards in the face of rapidly changing competence development conditions, and towards improvement of the level of knowledge and competences in the society on an international scale. Some of the training programmes conducted or co-implemented by the ITTC CompLearn, including EITCA Academy programme, are accredited by the EITCI Institute under a license agreement (no. EITCI-LID-UK-06110001). For the participants of the EITCA Academy this means that formal confirmation of knowledge acquired within the accredited training courses takes the form of international EITCA/EITC certificates issued in Brussels.

Classes within the EITCA and EITC training and certification programmes are conducted and supervised by experts in the field of applied computer science. The EITCA didactic teams operating under the guidelines of the European Information Technologies Certification Institute EITCI include both academic experts and industry professionals with extensive didactic and practical experience. Teaching resources provided for EITCA certification programmes participants within the e-learning platform are prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the European Information Technologies Certification Institute EITCI by ITTC CompLearn as well as other scientific and didactic bodies aimed at improving the level of ICT education in the world (i.a. consortia of universities and other educational institutions).
